Ready to start a special project with your home province tartan? This green plaid Newfoundland tartan fabric is perfect for creating something meaningful. A suiting-weight twill, it's made from a washable 65% polyester and 35% viscose blend—soft, durable, and easy to care for.

At 60 inches wide, this fabric is sold by the ½ yard or full yard, and multiple yards will ship as one continuous piece. We use it for bow ties, flat caps, scarves, pillows, dog accessories, and more. It’s also great for sewing skirts, jackets, vests, or any project that lets you wear your NFLD pride.

This fabric is beautiful! It showed up within a week of ordering (and that was including a holiday in between) and was lovingly packaged in tissue paper. It also included a handwritten thank you card which was such a sweet gesture. I was ordering this for a work project and will be sure to keep Cheryl in mind for future purchases.
