The tie I purchased long distance from Alberta to the East coast city of Montreal, sight unseen, was a wonderful surprise for my grandson on his 19th birthday. The service from Taylors was exceptional considering I had put my home address on the shipping information and had to have the address changed to Montreal mid order. Timing was a crucial factor. I was kindly assured that all would be taken care of, the tie would be personally wrapped with a gift card enclosure. This kind of personal service is very rare, and much appreciated. My grandson informed me that his tie from Taylors is now his favourite tie. That gives me as a grandmother great pleasure, and makes me feel like my birthday gift to him was the perfect choice.
